Calculate Your BMI
BMI isn't the only calculation we use but it does provide a starting point. We also take into account muscle mass and more specifically your percentage of body fat. You can be lean but heavily muscled and still register as obese on a BMI calculator. Contact us if you wish to discuss your starting point
